Pratchett är känd för sin humor, vilket gör det intressant att undersöka om och hur humor förändras vid en översättning. The purpose of this study is to examine the medial depiction of Muslims in the case of Pastor Terry Jones' intention to burn the Quran. Our study is based on theoretical framework regarding an alleged clash of civilizations, how that leads to global conflicts and controls the world politics. It?s also based on the western way of characterize Muslims as violent, irrational human beings, and how mass media have a tendency to depict Muslims as ?the others?. The questions we aim to seek answers to are: How were Muslims portrayed in CNN's and Al-Jazeera's reporting regarding Terry Jones plan to burn the Quran? Which discourses exist about Muslims in each news channel and what are the main differences between them? The qualitative method used is a critical discourse analysis on empirical data consistently of twelve articles.

The main purpose of this study was to examine own and social influence on perfectionismwith individual athletes. The participants (n= 96) of this study represented ten different sportsand their ages was between 15 and 44. An interview with four of the participant wasconducted. The instruments used for this study was the Positive and Negative PerfectionismScale (Terry-Short et al., 1995) and for the interviews questions was based on own and socialinfluence. The results showed that there was a relationship between positive perfectionismand own influence, negative perfectionism and own influence, negative perfectionism andsocial influence.

This study aims to examine how heritage archives in Sweden create oral history by the conduction of interviews. Though previous research have shown that this is a task suitable for archives, there have been a lack of knowledge of how this is actually beeing done. Also, oral history have not earlier been studied in relation to the archives larger objectives. The heritage institutions that have been examined are Sjöhistoriska museet, Visarkivet and Dialekt- och folkminnesarkivet I Uppsala. They are all part of public authoritys and use oral history to create more pluralistic and diverse archive collections.

Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att få övergripande insikt i revisorers åsikter gällande avskaffandet av revisionsplikt i små- och medelstora företag. Vidare ämnar vi analysera revisorernas attityd till den förändring som avskaffandet kommer att resultera i och jämföra denna med professionens, staten och Danmarks attityder. Analysen kommer att resultera i en förklaring av orsakerna till revisorernas inställning. Metod: Vi använder oss av en abduktiv samt deskriptiv ansats. Vi samlar in empiri genom kvalitativa intervjuer som är semi-strukturerad och utifrån empirin når vi sedan slutsatser.
